MBA or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (IWS, Lean, TPM) preferred Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning tools (Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Process-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement. High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
