What You'll Bring * Bachelor's Degree. * 5+ years of Salesforce Administration Experience. * Salesforce Platform Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certifications. * Experience with Salesforce's core product stack including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Agentforce. * Analytical thinker, problem solver with the ability to operate in ambiguity. * Clear verbal and written communication, especially about technical problems. * Experience manipulating and moving data, such as with Data Loader or DemandTools * 3rd Party application and integration experience including Zuora, Gainsight, and eSignature tools. * Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and various project methodologies.
