What You Will Do In This Role:
A typical day involves planning and executing test cases for applications within the CMS Cloud (built on AWS ).
Testing will empower development and QA teams by simulating real-world usage, uncover performance issues, and ensure scalable, reliable applications in modern cloud environments.
Manage test plans, track execution, and document results, while JIRA is used to log defects and align testing tasks with Agile sprints.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts in daily stand-ups, using Confluence to maintain test documentation, user stories, and release notes.
The role also includes validating application behavior in cloud environments, supporting compliance testing, and ensuring that all updates meet CMS security and performance standards before deployment.
In addition, they complete supportive administrative and lead activities related to cloud testing and collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and continuous improvement.

Required Work Experience:
6 years of development experience, including 4 years in performance testing and tuning.
Required Technologies:
Cloud hosted application(s) testing experience.

This is a new position for a system tester to assist in the testing and certification processes of the Child Support Enforcement System.
Testers will report to the Testing Manager to monitor and support the execution of all testing phases related to system development.
Primary Responsibilities
• Work with the State's Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Business Analysts to develop test scenarios/test cases and test scripts.

Manage all quality and lab functions at the site, including sampling, testing, product dispositions and related technical services.
Coordinate and maintain site Food Safety Plans to meet FSMA (21 CFR 507) and food safety code standards, including management of required documentation, verifications and validations as it relates to preventive controls and pre-requisite programs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and product identity site requirements, including those required for USDA-APHIS certifications for export, Organic certifications and other programs as identified.
Serve as HACCP/HARPC/Food Safety Team Coordinator, PCQI and SQF Practitioner for the site. Work closely with site management team to drive adherence to food safety systems and programs. Lead initiatives as assigned, to include support of change management and continuous improvement.
Manage, support and/or influence policies and procedures to comply with quality and food safety requirements. Implement and provide training on new procedures as needed. Promote culture of audit-readiness at all times.
Implement/manage internal audit and CAPA systems to allow for easy tracking and close-out of site corrective and preventative measures.
