Food Safety & HACCP Serve as the plant's PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual). Oversee implementation, verification, and validation of food safety programs including HACCP, FSMA Preventive Controls, environmental monitoring, and supplier verification. Lead the Food Safety Team and ensure effective communication of food safety objectives across departments. Monitor trends in microbiological results, environmental swabs, and product testing to proactively identify risks. Work Environment/Physical Requirements: This job operates in a professional office environment, as well as the plant floor. The employee also must be able to be on their feet for a full shift and able to stand, walk, twist, bend, etc. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
