Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized inspection records and quality documentation. Collaborate closely with production teams to identify, document, and resolve nonconformances in real time. Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection and measurement equipment. Evaluate incoming chemicals and materials to ensure they meet production and quality standards. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support consistent, high-quality outcomes. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes. Support internal process audits and quality improvement initiatives. Uphold compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable industry regulations. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision. Hands-on experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, Barcol impressor, and other measuring tools. Familiarity with composites manufacturing processes, including lamination and gelcoat finishing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or inspection reporting software. Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear documentation practices. Preferred Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems. Knowledge of CMM inspection, 3D scanning equipment, or related metrology tools.
