This role owns the strategic and tactical planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all Quality functions for the Coralville manufacturing operation. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Zero Defects (ZDP), ACE, and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies to optimize quality performance, reduce escapes, and strengthen process capability.
Oversee production process analyses, root-cause investigations, corrective/preventive action (CAPA), and implementation of sustainable improvements.
Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and leverage quality data from multiple operational and program sources to inform long-term strategy.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Partner closely with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional stakeholders to proactively address quality risks and support program execution.
Interface with customers as needed to support audits, resolve quality concerns, and champion improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure the preparation, accuracy, and maintenance of all Quality documentation, metrics, and governance required for internal and external compliance.
Monitor and manage performance metrics that impact quality throughout the Coralville operation.
Education / Experience Needed:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Previous Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Experience required

Manages KaiNexus for the Collections Department. Reviews, researches, completes necessary analytics, and compiles evaluation and recommendation for prioritization and implementation to present to Department Leader. Works closely with other Information Technology teams and other Credit Union departments; coordinating projects that need shared resources, determining and resolving any overlapping impacts on various systems, and ensuring good working relationships between all employees.
Provides support and assistance during internal, state, and federal audits and examinations.
Assists Leaders with various projects within the department.
Supports the SVP/Collections & Recoveries and department leaders with other duties and tasks necessary to ensure the Collections Department is efficient and successful.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $75,000-$90,000.
