Our Client, a leader in Building Automation Controls Systems is seeking an experienced Quality AssuranceSpecialist to add to the team in the 15000 square foot facility of UL508A panel building. The purpose of this position is to assure quality and deliver neat and organized building automation UL508A control panels for installation into the field. This role provides “final say” panel support to this nationwide company of 200+ employees and provides all panel building duties for clients across the nation. The role requires UL508A experience and a highly detailed demeanor. This role delivers strong base pay and bonus and is located onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a full time position with a strong benefit program, and requires no travel.
The ultimate key to this role is knowledge of the UL 508A standard, with preference to possess the UL MTR (Manufacturer Technical Representative) certification. Candidates must possess background in industrial control / electric panels as this role must be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams and use and understand tools such as a digital multi-meter. The incumbent will:
Take responsibility for reviewing industrial control panel electrical wiring drawings, inspecting assembled industrial control panels, and ensuring the highest quality standards for a UL 508A Panel Shop.
Review, comprehend, and inspect control panel electrical wiring drawings to ensure each meets required standards.
Review and inspect light industrial control panels for any build or quality related deviations.
Document all drawing and panel errors to identify additional training or process improvements.
Take ownership of UL 508A program and ensure compliance to the standard and to written procedure.
Communicate with and assist UL representative during routine inspections and any other communications.
Research and validate components for UL compliance.
Assist with production related documentation and processes.
Use various software programs to track projects and log other information.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in the electrical panel build arena
2+ years experience specific to UL508A standards
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
Experience in the use of testing equipment such as digital multi-meter and other hand tools.
Strong experience in the interpretation of electrical control panel drawings.
Strong knowledge of arithmetic and algebra.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google drive.
Must be able to stand for majority of the day.
Must be able to manipulate or move up to 100 lbs. while inspecting panels.
Must have good visual perception and be able to hear and respond quickly to verbal instructions.
Must be able to wear safety glasses and steel toe safety boots while inspecting panels in the warehouse.

General Summary:

Campbell's R&D Co-Op Program will provide students with the opportunity to launch their careers through challenging projects on classic brands including Swanson Broth, Campbell's Condensed and Ready-to-Serve Soups, Pace Salsa, Prego Italian Sauce, and V8 Beverage. Students will work alongside team members on critical project initiatives. Examples of Primary Responsibilities:
Uncover potential solutions to technical challenges through the application of experimental designs and data analysis.
Data collection and analysis to monitor quality and resolve process issues.
Food chemical analysis using industry standard analytical techniques.
Assist in commercialization and/or process improvement trial coverage and data.

Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager to support our Missouri Enrollment Broker project. This is a full time remote opportunity. The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for the Quality Assurance team, and for creating efficient business partnerships to meet business goals. The project will be a multi-channel contact center that will support multiple clients throughout the state of Missouri.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Quality Assurance (QA) department.
- Manage an effective quality assurance program that monitors and resolves issues before they become problems.
- Supervise the development and regular update of policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the need for and ensure the provision of necessary training for project personnel, providing up-to-date information on relevant programs, community resources, and options for consumers.
- Arrange staff training on a regular and ongoing basis. Ensure project training program meets all corporate requirements.
- Provide project leadership with updates on all issues regarding quality, operations, training, and policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership to all staff in the areas of quality improvement as it relates to process improvement, customer service and conflict resolution.
- Prepare reports and briefings for project leadership and review monthly and quarterly project status reports provided to the Department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time as business need dictates.
- Lean Six Sigma experience with a minimum of Yellow Belt Certification required.
- Experience managing direct reports remotely required.
- Experience with designing, implementing and reporting customer satisfaction surveys required.
- Experience with standardized quality tools required.
- Experience with call and voice monitoring platforms required.
- Experience with a large-scale telephony system required.

Your Role:
As a Quality Analyst, you will works closely with the Quality department, Process Leaders, Corporate Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing. Accurately and completely maintain inspection and test record files in accordance with Product Quality Plans and Presto Quality Policies/Procedures.
Assist with Quality training for new and existing employees, including the implementation of Presto Procedures and inspection methodologies. Maintain training records for quality documentation.
Regularly perform audits on items such as quality checks, documentation, run conditions, and lock detectors. Communicate results and monitor for trends.
Conduct online and inventory product audits based on process performance and customer complaints. Perform AQL sample inspections on incoming components, raw materials, production processes, and finished products including Imports, when necessary.
Participate in checking-in import containers and updating database. Pull and inspect import product samples per AQL inspection (or other) requirements, when necessary.
Prepare certificates of conformance, certificates of analysis, and any other inspection documentation required by customers, accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform or participate in assigning disposition of nonconforming product and other aspects of the Hold process.
Plan, organize, analyze, and review PPAP's as needed to validate process changes and/or new products prior to being released to production. This may also include completing layout inspections, developing sampling plans, testing product, analyzing data, or completing necessary paperwork.
Effectively utilize the Presto Quality databases for PPAPs, Holds, CARs, and supplier defects. Analyze for trends and publish findings.
Responsible to comply with SQF and/or GMP practices, as specified at the individual plant, and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to take action. Establish, maintain, and audit compliance to plant GMP's, in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements. Create and distribute monthly GMP audit reports and monitor corrective actions. Participate in 3rd party GMP and/or SQF audits, when requested.
If assigned, lead the HACCP team and manage the HACCP program, developing, implementing, and maintaining a food safety plan to control and assure food safety. If assigned as a HACCP team member, participate in the development, implementation, and review of the HACCP plan to ensure food safety for the facility.
If assigned as SQF Practitioner, oversee the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF System, including food safety fundamentals and the food safety HACCP plan. Ensure the integrity of the SQF System, in part through validation and verification activities. Communicate to personnel as necessary to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the system. Validate changes to food safety fundamentals and food safety plans that have an impact on the ability to deliver safe food. If assigned as SQF Practitioner back-up, fill in as the site's SQF Practitioner when necessary.
Understand the product withdrawal / recall process, and effectively assist in mock recalls as well as any actual recalls or product withdrawals.

Implement systems of care that facilitate close monitoring of members to promote early intervention
Assist with updating and maintaining Clinical Integration (CI) manual and documentation related to CI including reports
Assist with meeting directly with CI providers (frontline staff) to answer questions and come up with action plans related to CI contract, other related Clinical integration meetings that require clinical representative
Manage CI provider quality improvement fund including quarterly updates, follow-up, and report out on results
Assist with CI PCP attribution process and supplemental data including troubleshooting electronic medical record access.
Assist with CI provider project management.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in related field required, Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
4 years clinical RN experience preferred
Experience in basic data analysis, quality improvement, or HEDIS medical record review, preventive care, or health plan experience preferred

SUMMARY
The Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating production and manufacturing documentation that supports product assembly, engineering changes, and operational processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NPI & Documentation Support
Review and verify customer and engineering documentation for completeness and accuracy
Create and maintain Job Books using established templates and standard work practices
Validate and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and alignment
Process documentation updates for NPI projects in a timely and controlled manner
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and other teams to clarify documentation requirements
Organize and maintain NPI documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Support documentation-related tasks as assigned by management
Assembly Documentation Creation & Maintenance
Create and maintain assembly Job Books, including updates from red-line changes
Manage documentation updates through Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Maintain documentation libraries and ensure version control and document control standards are followed
Create and distribute documentation packets to support production activities
Monitor documentation accuracy throughout the product lifecycle and escalate issues as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Develop and update work instructions, test procedures, and part records
Enter and maintain BOM and part data within the ERP system
Support ISO and Quality documentation initiatives as required
Organize electronic files, master registers, and controlled documents

QUALIFICATIONS
