Position Overview
Ensure and assist with site-specific quality compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs & specifications; quality review of documents, label control, assist with release activities and product inspections.
Key Responsibilities
Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates
Environmental monitoring of personnel (as needed) and complete documentation
Assist in the media fill process validations to include inspection of filled units
Perform documentation review of compounding activities such as cleaning records, line clearance forms, and inventory sheets:
Verify that raw materials meet specification
Account for labeling
Review temperature and BMS alarms
Ensure that product test results meet specification limits
Checking that all documentation is complete
Document non-compliance and work with supervisor/lead if further investigation is needed appropriate lab for particulate identification or microbial analysis
Help with equipment calibration program and maintenance record files
Assist with raw material release and movement
Under the direction of supervisor/lead, document and initiate quality events for deviation and noncompliant investigations

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $87,800 to $160,900. Record and document inspection results and findings in applicable data sheets and forms.
Complete and submit inspection documentation to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
Ensure completion of inspections in a timely manner and track/report activities and metrics.
Drive safely to work sites and comply with all company/client safety standards.
Follow company/client standards by using related technical documentation.
Deliver feedback and supplemental training to employees/contractors as required.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
2 or more years of relevant inspection experience from the telecommunications, construction, or utilities industries. Equivalent, applicable experience in lower level role may be substituted.
Must be proficient with a Windows and Android operating systems (proficiency with a tablet is preferred).
Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications (emphasis on Excel).
Must be able to read blueprints and other technical documentation.
Must be able to operate testing equipment relevant to the inspections such as an OTDR.
Experience with a major MSO or Telecom Operator is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability required.
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Runs daily quality control tests to ensure compliance with specification of various projects and with federal, state and local regulations.
Develops and adheres to all quality control procedures for the asphalt operations.
Develops asphalt mix designs in accordance with project specifications.
Coordinates quality control procedures on various projects with representatives of federal, state and local government agencies.
Conducts various lab experiments on products using established scientific protocols.

Receives and analyzes product related technical data coming from external salespeople and technical representatives regarding production procedures.
