Position Description: QMHS, INC specializes in repairs, upgrades, and remodel work on Mobile and Manufactured homes. Our Sales Associates visit prospects in-home and evaluate homeowners' needs for a wide variety of building projects. With their knowledge and skills, they can write contracts and work orders during their appointments to meet the customer's needs. QMHS provides extensive training in construction estimation, in-home sales, and manufactured housing, to maximize the potential of our Sales Associates. Position Requirements: 3 years' experience in sales (Preferred) Able to use basic office tools such as Gmail, Microsoft Word, etc. Reliable transportation / Valid CADL / Proof of Insurance Must be able to climb a ladder and fit into tight attics/crawl spaces. Prior construction experience is a plus! Skills Needed: Must be able to work independently in the field and receive instructions remotely. Strong written and verbal communication skills Honest and dependable with a strong work ethic Goal driven - able to consistently meet deadlines and quotas. Professional appearance Strong sales closing skills Ability to be trained in all aspects of estimating.     As a Neighborhood Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing all daily operations of the community sales office. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales and closing goals by effectively showcasing our homes, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding prospective customers through the homebuying process. Responsibilities: Drive sales and meet closing goals by utilizing sales and marketing resources effectively. Proactively generate traffic through follow-up calls and coordinating/hosting events; prepare weekly update reports of traffic and sales to management. Maintain effective cross-functional communication with internal departments and external individuals while representing company culture and expectations. Ensure a warm and professional welcome for prospective customers and promptly register them. Conduct engaging tours of model homes and the community, highlighting unique features and lifestyle. Deliver compelling sales presentations using the company's defined selling process. Seek to close sales by asking effective closing-related questions and confirming return visits. Communicate key differentiators of Landsea Homes, emphasizing high-quality construction and innovative designs. Educate customers on the homebuilding and home buying process, ensuring their comfort and confidence. Collect and maintain accurate information for purchase and sales contracts. Effectively manage backlog and follow up with customers using effective communication techniques to guide them through the homebuying process. Conduct market analysis to maintain knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing and products, as well as key demographics to provide helpful information to management. Qualifications: California Department of Real Estate license is required. Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate or homebuilding industry. Must be available to work weekends, as it is a critical time for customer visits. Proficient in using computers and adaptable to various applications such as Outlook, Atlas, Salesforce, and HB1. Current working knowledge of homebuilding and the residential real estate industry is desirable. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations. Physical Requirements: This position involves both office and field responsibilities. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, walk on active jobsites, read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing more than 25 pounds. Office work includes sitting at a computer for extended periods, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Proficiency in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different weather conditions. Public contact is required; therefore, professional appearance and appropriate business attire are expected. Base Salary: The estimated annual compensation for this position is between $200,000 to $250,000 per year (base salary of $46,800 plus commission).
