Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for conducting hourly quality checks on lines, following quality system procedures, and focusing on preventative action to mitigate nonconforming product.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
Accurately and completely maintain inspection and test record files in accordance with Product Quality Plans and Presto Quality Policies/Procedures.
Be able to communicate any and all quality issues to Rapid Responders, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Process Leaders, and/or Quality Manager.
Responsible for complying with GMP requirements to ensure safe food packaging product and report food safety problems to appropriate leaders to ensure proper action is taken.
Ultimately, you will analyze production test data and help to solve problems so that we may continue to innovate and create the best products in the industry!

The manufacturing technician is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated systems within the plastic injection molding operation. This role ensures automation equipment, robotics, and supporting electromechanical systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. The manufacturing technician works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to support continuous improvement and reliable manufacturing processes.
Essential Functions:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automation systems supporting plastic injection molding machines.
Support and maintain industrial robots, including basic programming, setup, and adjustments.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to electromechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Perform preventive maintenance on automated equipment to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
Assist with automation startups, changeovers, and process improvements.
Identify root causes of automation and machine failures and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure automation systems meet safety, quality, and production standards.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes as required.
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to optimize automation performance

Qualifications
I. Education and certifications
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Technical degree or certification in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electro Mechanical Technology, or Automated Manufacturing Systems.
II. Work experience
Required: Prior training or hands-on experience in robot programming (3-axis cartesian and 6-axis robots (ABB, Fanuc, kuka), collaborative robots(UR).
Preferred: Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, heating circuits, servo motors and Mechanisms. Experience with plastic injection molding automation (part removal, conveyors, vision systems, EOAT).
III. Job skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective teamwork and organizational abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
Ability to meet project schedules, along with contingency plans within budget

Job Overview:
The Quality Technician performs a variety of tests to ensure units function according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure, using test instruments: Reads test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used. What's involved in this role:
The Quality Technician I supports Agropur's commitment to food safety and quality by monitoring and verifying production parameters in accordance with Quality programs. The Quality Technician I is responsible for ensuring organization standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed to preserve integrity of the products while providing feedback for continuous improvements for the Quality System.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform various testing including in-line sensory testing, in-line titratable acidity testing, in-line pH testing, equipment sponge swabbing, in-line production sampling, etc.
Notify lead/supervisor about any inconsistencies.
Support adherence and continuous improvement of pre-requisite programs including GMP's, training, calibration, pest management, cleaning/sanitation, environmental monitoring, and allergen control.
Comply with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program and help maintain the program in the production facility.
Work with Production on the Quality Systems during manufacturing process and consult with production to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
Actively participate in sustaining all certifications that Agropur Ingredients holds including SQF, NFS, Kosher, Organic, Certified Gluten Free, and Halal.
Follow through with changes to existing products in response to complaints, customer requests, or cost-saving activity.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in production lines and 5S standards. Equipment and work areas are to be kept organized, clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
Support product safety, quality and legality.
Calculate and review specifications on testing data and enter data into Quality Laboratory Information Management System.
Assist in determining product disposition regarding holds during the time of manufacturing.
Actively participate in root cause analysis for corrective actions that occur during production and other product non-conformances within the plant.
Perform startup inspections and hourly checks on production lines. (The amount of inspections/hourly checks varies per production line.)
Review and sign off on production paperwork.

Contact with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse employees to obtain and provide information and will occasionally work with Inventory and Production Planning.
Contact with customers for tours and audits, and regulatory agencies for audits.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $53,100 to $83,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Job Overview:
The Quality Technician performs a variety of tests to ensure units function according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure, using test instruments: Reads test schedule, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, and schematics to determine testing procedure and equipment to be used. Work Environment

Position Overview:
As part of the talented Quality team, you will work with outboard assembly product lines and report to the Quality Engineering Supervisor. The main role of this position will be to maintain quality assurance procedures, practices, and standard evaluation methods, that will ensure product quality and integrity and will minimize process variation.

Essential Functions:
Work individually or collaboratively to reduce manufacturing process or product variation, using laboratory instruments and equipment, along with root cause corrective action methods
Lead or assist in formal problem-solving projects including completion of corrective action requests
Look up engineering drawings on computers, read and understand tolerances and key product features
Perform basic dimensional inspections of parts utilizing calipers, micrometers, and other hand-held gauges
Recommend design changes or improvements in production methods through FMEA or other methods as appropriate
Work with engineers, technicians, and operators to assist with training as required
Support manufacturing's non-conforming material process as required, and identify scrap reduction opportunities
Organize and assist in resolving quality spills, including part sorts, containment activities, and creating quality alerts
Create visual aids to support operator instructions
Perform internal process, product, and ISO audits as directed, to ensure assembly conformance to requirements
Contribute to deviations, FMEAs, Control Plans and other quality documents in the quality management system
Clearly communicate quality standards on the production line and in toolbox meetings
Clearly communicate quality concerns immediately to managers, supervisors, process techs, and operators
Document quality issues through shift notes and hand off meetings
Commitment to health and safety (both in the office, laboratory, and in the plant)

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
Associate degree or equivalent post high school combination of experience and relevant technical training
Three or more years of experience with complex assembly operations in a manufacturing setting
Possess a mechanical aptitude with the ability to reason through problems and suggest workable solutions
Must be detail oriented, with the ability to pay very close attention to specifications
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and basic statistics
Proficient knowledge of PC software including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Working knowledge of pertinent manufacturing assembly techniques
Working knowledge of inspection techniques, metrology methods, and print tolerances
Working proficiency in the use of inspection equipment such as micrometers, gauges, fixtures, etc.
Possess both verbal and written communication skills to effectively present data and information to management
Ability to guide supervision in making proper decisions relative to product and process control issues

The anticipated pay range for this position is $46,100 - $72,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What this role is about:
The Quality Technician supports Agropur's commitment to food safety and quality by monitoring and verifying production parameters in accordance with Quality programs. The Quality Technician II is responsible for ensuring organization standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed to preserve integrity of the products while providing feedback for continuous improvements for the Quality System.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Approve finished batches to ensure proper ingredient amounts used during production; Compare batching paperwork with raw materials batched.
Verify and correct any changes made to production paperwork, components, documentation, and labels used for the production lines.
Perform startup inspections and hourly-type checks on production lines. (The amount of inspections/hourly checks varies per production line.)
Perform various testing including in-line sensory testing, in-line titratable acidity testing, in-line pH testing, ATP swabbing, equipment sponge swabbing, and in-line production sampling.
Calculate and review specifications on testing data and enter data into Quality Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Notify lead/supervisor about any inconsistencies.
Support adherence and continuous improvement of our pre-requisite programs including GMP's, training, calibration, pest management, cleaning/sanitation, environmental monitoring, and allergen control.
Comply with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program and help maintain the program in the production facility.
Work with Production on the Quality Systems during manufacturing process and consult with production to resolve quality, production, and efficiency problems.
Actively participate in sustaining all certifications that Agropur Ingredients holds, examples include, but not limited to SQF, NFS, Kosher, Organic, Certified Gluten Free, and Halal.
Actively participate in root cause analysis for corrective actions that occur during production and other product non-conformances within the plant.
Follow through with changes to existing products in response to complaints, customer requests, or cost-saving activity.
Assist in determining product disposition regarding holds during the time of manufacturing.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in production lines and 5S standards. Equipment and work areas are to be kept organized, clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
Support product safety, quality and legality.
Perform daily quality control point checks and assessments.
Assist with plant swabbing and monitoring programs.
Review Clean-In-Place (CIP) charts for accuracy and execute corrective action as needed.
Conduct internal system audits.
Follow up on open inspection items as needed.
File daily and monthly production and quality paperwork.
Perform laboratory daily tasks and product testing.
Perform department walkthroughs as scheduled and take appropriate corrective actions as needed.
Provide Quality Assurance Training to employees throughout the plant, including GMP and Quality SOP's.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact with Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse employees to obtain and provide information and will occasionally work with Inventory and Production Planning.
Contact with customers for tours and audits, and regulatory agencies for audits.
Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Electrical Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our generator and electrical enclosures. Perform detailed enclosure and electrical inspections, supervise third party and customer inspections, and delegate tasks to keep operations running smoothly. ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
Conduct comprehensive inspections of electrical enclosures, generator systems, panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
Supervise third‑party and customer inspections to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
Review and sign off on enclosure and electrical inspection forms with accuracy and professional accountability.
Collaborate across departments to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and maintain project momentum.
Assist with the shipment of enclosures, tanks, and related parts as operational needs arise.
