What You'll Do
Assemble and modify enclosed trailers with electrical and pneumatic equipment
Read and interpret system drawings and assemble components accordingly
Operate hand tools (pneumatic, electric, and non-electric)
Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of Mobile Lab systems
Perform inventory management, equipment preparation, and quality control documentation
Support shop maintenance and keep the workspace clean and organized
Pack and ship equipment as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Job DescriptionUnited Talent is IMMEDIATELY hiring Quality Associates in the Powder Springs, GA area! The Quality Associate is responsible for conducting routine tests and inspections on products, assisting the Quality Assurance Manager with data collection. The technician performs capability studies, first-piece inspections & records results, as well as assisting with ISO compliance and training. The Quality Technician participates in special projects as needed and works with other departments to ensure a quality product.
Responsibilities:
Associates degree or commensurate experience in a related field required
Ability to work well both independently and with a team.
Blueprint reading skills are strongly preferred.
Experience operating Faro equipment, CAD/CAM experience and Tooling Design experience preferred.
Previous experience in CNC/Press Brake/Oxy-Fuel machining strongly preferred. PPAP/APQP experience also preferred.
Pay & Shift:
$20/HR
Monday-Friday, 7AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements:
Must Pass a background check and drug screening
Strong analytical skills required.
ERP knowledge required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong understanding of quality control documents, tolerances, and requirements.
Mechanically inclined, production-oriented, and safety/quality conscious.

Role Summary
We are seeking an innovative and reliable lab technician to test product dispensers and support troubleshooting related to customer concerns. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, collaboration with engineering teams, and participation in testing and improvement efforts.
Primary Responsibilities Deliverable #1: Product Testing
Support dispensing system testing for prototypes and commercial changes
Assist with building test setups and mounting units
Participate in test method development
Communicate test results and recommendations to engineering teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and support solution development
Deliverable #2: Issue Resolution
Analyze returned products to determine cause of issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions
Support resolution at customer locations when needed
Identify opportunities for mechanical and electrical improvements
Participate in creating instructional content for issue resolution
Deliverable #3: General Requirements
Maintain safety standards
Maintain tools and lab equipment

Required Skills & Physical Requirements

Job Summary

Must be able to work in elevated areas. Must have knowledge of AISC, AWS D1.1, and AWS D1.6 Codes. Must have knowledge of bolt?up inspection including bolt lot verifications using Skidmore?Wilhelm. Additionally, must have knowledge of architectural, insulation and lagging, grout and concrete placement, Epoxy anchor installation inspection. Must have CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.Electrical and Instrumentation Inspection:Experience must fall in the installation of electrical and instrumentation components, including interconnecting wiring, cables, and tubing. Must be knowledgeable of ICEA, IEEE, ISA, NEC, NEMA, NESC, and NFPA Codes and standards.Mechanical Inspection:Experience level must fall in the setting and alignment of static and rotating equipment, equipment skids, coolers, tanks, and interconnecting process piping fabrication and installation. Must be able to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, transits, etc. and be able to set up dial indicators and laser alignment devices.Piping Inspection:Experience level must fall in pipe installation inspection, including welding, supports, instrumentation, etc. Must have CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification.

1. Assists material handling personnel with required material storage and PM requirements as needed.
2. Communicates with others regarding inspections results and recommends corrective procedures.
