The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of copper production by conducting accurate chemical and physical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products. In this role, you will support and manage the implementation of quality systems and compliance programs that uphold food safety, product quality, and sanitation standards. The Manufacturing Technologist supports production operations through the implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and robotic automation systems. This role acts as a technical liaison between engineering, maintenance, and operations to ensure optimized process performance, quality output, and compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing lines, with a focus on fuel pump and injector assembly processes. Support installation, programming, and maintenance of robotic automation systems to improve production flow and reduce manual labor. Collaborate with engineering to implement new processes, automation technologies, and equipment upgrades. Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste. Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues, quality concerns, or downtime events.
