Communicate with Production leadership Conduct daily pre-operation inspections, documenting any issues and the corresponding corrective actions. Checks include the following: Net weights, check the code and / or the use by date, check label revision number, check, for proper documentation of ingredients and food contact packaging for traceability. Assist in QA training of production in food safety programs including GMP's, HACCP, allergen control, food defense, traffic patterns and color codes. Evaluate sauce batches for ingredients, flavor, viscosity and pH before use. Position Brand Description: The Quality Improvement Technician (QIT) will develop and improve the control systems to support the production of API molecules used in Lilly medicines.
