RESPONSIBILITIES I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides work leadership and guidance to the PatientService Representatives. Monitors work queues and assigns and coordinates work assignments to ensure optimal workflow and operational efficiencies.
- Serves as a resource regarding patient access functions, including registration, cashiering and insurance verification.
