The environment is beautiful. Sometimes you can get a discount.
Too many managers, all with conflicting styles, fighting for power and control over employees. Staff is jealous of new people and actively targets them for harassment & tries to get them fired by starting false rumors and sabotaging their sales.

The CEO was a wonderful, supportive, good and fair leader. Unfortunately his staff has been lying to him for years to forward their agenda.
Dismiss ultra long term employees and management who are doing the bare minimum and disinterested in learning and improving.
I researched the company at length and dressed well.
Compensation is better than average in the jewelry field but being paid hourly without additional commission makes the employees lazy and rude to customers.
Representation was fine. Unfortunately the only female manager fears being replaced so is unnecessarily hard on and verbally abusive to the other female employees.
