Develop corporate development deal that add non-dilutional value to drive early exits or increased multiples High-level experiences: • Has held executive positions in startup, private and public, with demonstrable experience in driving growth and value creation • Has led global technology teams that delivered Analytics, Recruitment, Wearables, EHR, Genetics, direct-to-consumer apps and trial management solutions • Has led IT strategy for IQVIA and consulting engagements with GSK, AstraZeneca and EMEA • Developed and managed P&L’s of over $300M with 2500 FTE’s • Has led corporate deals for Lilly, Allscripts and IQVIA
