    Job Description The Field Inventory Supervisor oversees site inventory operations across multiple solar projects, ensuring material accuracy, on-time deliveries, and strong coordination with construction, warehouse, and logistics teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Manage all site inventory processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and material availability. · Coordinate inbound shipment schedules and align deliveries with construction requirements to support daily and weekly build plans. · Remotely supervise temporary labor, providing clear direction, performance oversight, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. · Verify incoming shipments, documentation, and non-conformances; complete all required receiving paperwork and ensure accurate system updates. · Maintain organized and up-to-date PODs, BOLs, packing slips, Material Transfer Forms, and other required documentation. · Communicate trucking delays, delivery issues, and discrepancies to Corporate Logistics and site leadership. · Provide construction leadership with inventory status updates, material forecasts, and risk notifications to keep the project aligned with schedule demands. · Partner with warehouse, logistics, and construction teams to resolve material shortages, locate missing items, and plan future needs. · Lead on-site process improvements to streamline material flow, increase efficiency, and reduce delays. · Monitor and report on KPIs; work proactively to improve performance and support individual and team growth.
