Minimum Qualifications: • Requires completion of a 2-year technical degree program plus five or more years of experience. • Strongly preferred training in Electronic Technology; additional training with Microsoft products will also be required. • 3 to 5 years' experience with In-House and/or Field Service repair work related to Motor, Power Electronics, and/or Motion Control equipment. • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse group of professionals. • Ability to write clear and concise reports summarizing testing results. • Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines • Strong commitment to teamwork In-House or Field Service repair in Motor, Power Electronics, or Motion Control Desired Skills and Experience: • Experience with medium voltage equipment a plus • Experience operating in an electronics manufacturing and testing environment a plus • Familiarly with typical electrical and electronic test equipment. • Strong technical skills related to electrical engineering and power electronics • Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities • Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines
