POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor is responsible for leading a small or large group of individuals to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and effectively to meet customer needs. This position is responsible for enforcing safety policies and procedures while maintaining the day-to-day operations as it relates to equipment and business needs. This position is responsible for developing and training employees to be effective within their roles. The Supervisor will have the competency to complete project paperwork to support billing, payroll and required safety data. The Supervisor will have the ability to manage and utilize relationships with customers as well as meeting the needs of the customer day-to-day. The Supervisor will need towork in an environment that is fast-paced and meet deadlines given to them as well as keep up with scheduling and meeting times. Supervisors will hold safety meetings with the crew daily as well as fill out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to present the dangers and precautions of performing the duty at hand.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides direct supervision, coordination and continuity to the assigned crew, and necessary communication from dispatch through the Division Operations Manager.
Performs Hazard Recognition Awareness to remove all hazards from the workplace.
Supervises the assigned personnel, equipment, material and subcontractors for the assigned work.
Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to work plan schedule, quality, budget and safety objectives.
Maintains the project worksite in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, and OSHA requirements.
Supervises assigned EnviroVac personnel and subcontractors. Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
Properly prepare work in advance with regards to equipment layout and hookup requirements and assigned crew work lists for setup, processing, rig-down and decontamination.
Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job. Report all deficiencies as they arise to dispatch and/or Division Operations Manager.
Initiate corrective action for any unsafe or environmentally unsound condition. Report situation in accordance with company regulations and procedures.
Provide complete and accurate Job Service Receipts utilizing Liquid Frameworks and Job Logs to required ONYX managers/salesman.
Carryout all company policies.
Monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a high level and can do attitude.
Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations.
Maintain a problem-solving attitude and attempt to procure additional work.
Must Perform physical labor duties as directed by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
If medically qualified, must obtain Class B Commercial Driver s License.

Summary Objective
The Production Manager reports to the Senior Production Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day fabrication and assembly of units within assigned production areas. This role manages multiple trades-including structural steel, mechanical, electrical, and welding-to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Stellar Energy's quality standards. The Production Manager provides direct leadership to foremen and production teams, ensuring coordination across disciplines and alignment with project and organizational goals.
Essential Functions:
Production Oversight:
Manage daily operations across assigned trades, ensuring production schedules, resource plans, and quality targets are met.
Oversee manpower planning, material flow, and work sequencing to maintain efficient production.
Coordinate closely with planning, scheduling, and procurement to align work packages and priorities.
Identify and escalate production constraints or technical issues to the Senior Production Manager.
Support continuous monitoring of progress to ensure milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
Team Leadership:
Supervise production crews across multiple trades.
Ensure all personnel are properly trained, qualified, and equipped to perform their work safely and effectively.
Reinforce accountability, productivity, and collaboration among all shop floor teams.
Partner with HR and the Senior Production Manager on staffing, performance management, and development initiatives.

Develops and executes the SE Lean Management System Deployment within Division Site or function, working with the Site Leader or Functional leader. Lean methodology is focused on building a disciplined operational review and execution system at value stream and site level. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead operations at our eBOS manufacturing facility. This role will oversee a team of Production Supervisors and Process Engineers, ensuring the successful execution of the production schedule, driving operational effectiveness, and continuously improving manufacturing processes. The Production Manager will collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and maintain world-class standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production operations to ensure the on-time and efficient execution of the production schedule.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Production Supervisors and Process Engineers to foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and cost, and implement corrective actions as needed.

The Manufacturing Supervisor is accountable for meeting production deliverables, immediate communication to the management team regarding production, quality, environmental or safety issues, and managing the performance and conduct of production employees.
Responsibilities
Supervise manufacturing team members, which includes scheduling, completing performance reviews, issuing corrective action, training, timecard approvals, Production Recording verification, etc.
Mentor and motivate team members to increase engagement. Ensure individuals and groups are meeting productivity and quality metrics. Creates and promotes a respectful and positive work environment.
Manage all planning, scheduling and material flow issues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Act as communications hub for the team, disseminating pertinent and timely information.
Ensures routine manufacturing functions, as well as special manufacturing needs and repair of warranty product, are scheduled.
Monitor manufacturing flow, using data indicators to schedule workload, ensuring output meets targeted goals. This includes monitoring and signing-off on MDI, KPIs, and the Hour-by-Hour boards and other production metrics, implementing countermeasures, manage checklists, perform safety inspections and audits, conduct manufacturing investigations and perform root cause analysis, etc.
Maintain and boost production efficiency, initiate and implement continuous improvement projects, and work with manufacturing engineers to implement new processes.
Assist in performing hands-on production duties as needed.
Own quality output for the team as a key stakeholder in Eos's quality program.
Ensure team members keep a clean and organized work environment. Immediately address and resolve any clutter or disorganization to avoid errors, loss of productivity, and/or safety incidents.
Models professional behavior and adherence to work rules, as well as the ability and willingness to hold team members accountable to the same behaviors and work rules.
Measure and report out performance metrics.
Working times and schedules will need to correlate with the team the Manufacturing Supervisor is leading. This can mean working second or third shift, weekends, extended hours, or on occasion, holidays.

Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production activities, maintaining and improving results relating to efficiency, quality, safety, delivery, and cost. This position supervises production staff, coordinate workflow, and upholds quality standards to meet ESF goals.
Responsibilities:
Train, evaluate, and provide hands-on leadership to manufacturing technicians leveraging subject matter experts from support functions engaged in the process
