Position Summary:
This position is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing products and shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Maintain stockroom inventory. Load/unload trucks. This position requires a good understanding of material handling function of picking, cycle counting, forklift operations, shipping and receiving functions in the warehouse.
Key Accountabilities:
* Prepare and supply material to assembly lines in accordance to company requirements.
* Compare/identify information and counts on incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Verify information against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices or other records.
* Problem solving, resolve minor issues independently and lead or participate in continuous improvement actions.
* Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments. Report defective materials to the proper personnel. Post information into computer system.
* Help to resolve difficult issues and work independently
* Move material between storage locations and including shipping and receiving docks.
* Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment as required to complete material moves, ship completed product, conduct inventory cycle counts, and trigger material replenishment to the assembly line.
* Utilize enhanced skills to align components for assembly using appropriate equipment.
* Responsible for following ERP procedures.
* Responsible for following the procedures in the company's quality system.
* Maintain inventory stock levels and report if issues with inventory stock levels.
* Responsible for following safety and environmental procedures.

Under the general direction of the Training Manager, the Associate Distribution Operations Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs for Associate Distribution Operators (ADOs), Dispatchers, and Field Personnel. This position ensures AES Ohio's distribution operations are conducted safely, reliably, and in compliance with all applicable standards.
The role supports AES Ohio's mission to strengthen workforce competency, system reliability, and regulatory compliance through continuous learning, technical proficiency, and operational excellence. This position also contributes to process improvement by reviewing OMS data for quality assurance and supporting compliance audits.
This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule but requires flexibility for after-hours, weekends, or storm-response support.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development
* Design, develop, and implement role-based curriculum for Distribution Operations and Field Personnel aligned with AES standards and regulatory requirements.
* Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Train-the-Trainer (TTT), Simulation Scenarios, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and Just-in-Time (JIT) modules.
* Create Instructor Guides, Learner Guides, and self-study materials.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operations Managers, Safety Leaders, and Engineering teams to ensure content accuracy.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, post-training assessments, and feedback surveys.
* Apply adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology in all training design and delivery.
Training Delivery & Support
* Facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, and curriculum reviews for leadership approval.

* Perform trend analyses on OMS and call data to uncover training gaps and systemic issues affecting SAIDI, SAIFI, and CAIDI.
* Maintain training records and support internal/external audits to ensure PJM, PUCO, OSHA, and NESC compliance.

* Ensure TWIC and CIP credential maintenance and readiness.
Operational & Technical Support
* Support technology rollouts, ADMS/OMS system go-lives, and user-acceptance testing (UAT) with on-site guidance.

The Specialist Materials Management position is responsible for working with internal and external clients to identify the material needs, reference various standards and specifications for the materials, and develop material catalog items consistent with our standard catalog requirements for input into our SAP purchasing and materials management system. The position also provides backup support for Materials Management as needed, including, but not limited to, creating requisitions, running reports, and assisting with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Point of contact for the Company for all SAP purchasing catalog and maintenance activities
* Processes daily requests for new material catalog items, analyzes data submitted, uses technical expertise and judgment to confirm, edit, and approve new item requests
* Provides analysis and development of purchasing catalog content with multiple level taxonomy for the purposes of surplus utilization to assist Buyers in identifying "close alternatives" when making an item purchase
* Cleanse current catalog content to address evolving industry changes and maintain catalog content consistency for the purchase of materials for gathering and transmission of natural gas, crude, and natural gas liquid service.
* Maintains, clarifies, and recommends changes in purchasing management systems including policies and procedures related to catalog content
* Interacts with vendors to obtain and verify catalog item descriptions prior to loading catalog content
* Assists Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Tax departments by developing and maintaining catalog structure ensuring consistency of the data model and item descriptions
* Maintain visibility to market changes that may affect current catalog content
* Interface with Q/A to confirm industry standards are accurately reflected in the catalog content
* Receives, reviews, and evaluates material requests for accuracy
* Create delivery addresses in the SAP purchasing system.
* Create requisitions also known as STO's in SAP Fiori for capital expansion, capital maintenance, and operations maintenance projects (WBS numbers, Cost Center codes and work orders.
* Prepares reports as requested
* Searches for close match surplus inventory materials as time allows
* Provides enterprise-wide SAP system support for the materials management catalog

The Inventory Specialist is accountable for accurately ensuring purchases are received and accounted for in the company's records. The inventory specialist will be responsible for controlling flow of supplies and equipment tracking and analyzing inventory for production needs
Responsibilities
Monitor, use, and maintain inventories of spare parts, supplies, and equipment required to support business operations/processes.
Work with other departments to determine optimal inventory levels and communicates shortages and back orders to internal customers.
Recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished product.
Conduct a physical inventory keying in inventories as requested.
Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports related to inventory.
Monitor material movement to ensure inventory levels are accurate and optimal.
Clearly identify and account for inventory verses non-inventory items.

We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful professional to help the shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities to support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M), the Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Construction groups with inventory coordination, shipping, receiving, and other responsibilities to allow safe and efficient inventory operations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have experience in inventory/warehousing and freight logistics. This role will help warehouse / inventory operations while creating a safe environment, maintaining quality and minimizing unnecessary costs.
You'll make an impact by:
· Help all shipping/receiving operations and guarantee inventory integrity through enforcement of inventory management policies.
· Help mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
· Receive and count stock items, arrange dispatching of parts and record data manually or using a computer keeping an up-to-date Inventory count and maintains critical spares inventory at or above minimum allowed quantity.
· Learn to run inventory reports by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
