He has repeatedly built and scaled the internal infrastructure, teams, processes, and business operations necessary to empower companies to create, market, and sell innovative solutions, while managing headcount and burn rate to hit financial targets. Sasha is also a proven driver of customer engagement and business impact for industry-leading customers through strategy development, direct selling to enterprise customers, C-level relationship-building, and program execution, including managing a global sales expansion to 50+ countries.He has a diverse background spanning GM and P&L ownership, go-to-market strategy, enterprise and consumer sales, business development, professional services, operations, recruiting, HR, IT, information security, and company culture. Sasha is also a seasoned General Counsel, with responsibilities including corporate governance, securities, structuring corporate transactions, M&A, debt and equity financings, intellectual property portfolio management and litigation, hardware and software platform development, manufacturing, and distribution agreements, commercial contracts, technology licensing, anti-piracy enforcement, product safety and quality, online privacy, advertising, government affairs, litigation management, and employment matters. Prior to joining tech companies, Sasha worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto and at Latham & Watkins in San Francisco. Sasha received his JD from UCLA School of Law, where he was Editor of the UCLA Law Review.
