Provide Integrated Logistics Support and Overhaul ILS/ILO required to support deployed forces in an expeditionary combat environment and includes communications equipment inventory, TOA and non-TOA equipment inventory and maintenance, integrated logistics support, and container management support. Duties and Responsibilities: Create Facilities and Assemblies in DPAS to model current TOA requirements. Perform Data entry DPAS-WM and maintenance support databases. Provide storeroom inventory management to include identifying parts, materials, and specialized tools and equipment. Analyze and apply inter-operability methods for military technical data with other Navy and/or DoD logistics applications. Prepare Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR) for incorrect or defective components. Conduct and document technical research and data normalization efforts for TOA, integrate logistics outfitting/overhaul, repair and replacement of parts using available tools including LOGIQUEST or other programs; inspect, control and document usage. Document and maintain findings and material status in DPAS-WM as required. Make recommendations regarding TOA, Hatch Boxes, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Internal Airlift/Helicopter Slingable-Container Unit (ISU) cargo containers and shelters configuration control and management procedures. Ensure equipment has the necessary level of configuration documentation to support proper technical documentation and technical manuals both operating and repair part lists. Maintain management plans for Special Commodity Push Block shelf life stability TOA commodities; hazardous materials, subsistence, batteries to support communications equipment, administrative office supplies, and other commodities may be designated for push block management. Prepare TOA Stowage Documentation Plans for TOA deployment: list assemblies/facilities/items stowed in the container, the locations, and the quantities and to the maximum extent possible, visual images. Provides Life Cycle Logistician services embedded within subordinate PM E2S2 Product Management Offices to manage acquisition logistics in support of assigned programs. Provides acquisition life cycle logistical support to PM E2S2 Product Managers for the development of product support analysis and statutory/regulatory documentation for assigned programs of record to support type classification, materiel release and successful milestone decisions. Performs acquisition logistics duties related to the conceptualization, initiation, design, development, test, contracting, production, deployment, product support, modification, and disposal of weapons and other systems, supplies, or services to satisfy DoD needs, intended for use in, or in support of, military operations. Develops and maintains program Logistics Product Data (LPD). Develops, updates, verifies and validates technical manuals and/or technical publications. Assesses impact of capability enhancements, technical insertions, modifications and/or other system configuration changes on system product support cost and effectiveness. Conducts appropriate cost analyses to validate the product support strategy. Plans and implements Logistics Demonstrations. Participates in Product Support Management Integrated Product Team (PSMIPT) meetings and develops draft logistics documentation/analysis, for example the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), to support program Acquisition Milestone Decisions in accordance with CDRL A005, Reports, Record of Meetings/Minutes. Required Skills & Experience: Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience in Army materiel management and logistics support. DOD 5000 Series experience desired. Required Clearance: ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Area of study in Engineering, Physical Science or Business Administration/ Management preferred. At least ten (10) years of experience in relevant activities. An additional ten (10) years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education. Travel: Less than 10 % travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations. Work Environment: This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.
