What You Will Do
Lead and supervise Quality inspectors to meet product quality and customers' delivery expectation.
Coach and develop Quality inspectors skills, establish job expectations and manage work performance.
Able to plan, perform and support operation with addressing risks and opportunities.
Support inspection benches including inspection plans, equipment and techniques.
Perform Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) on product and process non-conformance.
Maintain, implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.
Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE. To drive existing and future improvement projects.
Lead, educate and instruct shop personnel on Quality procedures and Standards compliance.
Train, test and certify NDT inspectors in the method(s) and techniques certified to latest quality control procedures.
Perform system audits on all NDT areas and personnel of assigned work centers.
Maintain compliance to all relative Nadcap program requirements.
Prepare and verify work instructions for NDT methods in compliance with customer specification and requirements.
Perform supervisory related activities & manage receiving inspection activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
4 or more years of experience in a Quality Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with NADCAP
Experience with MS Office products and ERP systems
Certified to Responsible Level 3 in penetrant (PT) per NAS 410
Qualifications We Prefer
Previous inspection experience in a Quality manufacturing environment
Previous Aerospace manufacturing experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in chemical engineering, processing, or testing.
Certified to Responsible Level 3 in penetrant (PT) per NAS 410, or working towards receiving Responsible Level 3 in penetrant (PT) per NAS 410.

Radar Systems Field Engineering will be staffing a Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Radar Lead in support of the THAAD KSA Program. The CLS Radar Lead will supervise a deployed Field Engineering team supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Radar System. Work performed REQUIRES an individual with an ADVANCED technical TPY-2 knowledge and proficiency. The role will require someone with both strong technical aptitude and leadership qualities such as accountability, collaboration, strong communication skills, focus, and flexibility. The selected candidate should possess a growth mindset and an eagerness to learn.
This role will require a US Expat to forward deploy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) under the terms of a Long-Term International Assignment Memorandum of Understanding (LTMOU).
Prior to deployment, the Radar Lead will serve as an AN/TPY-2 Hardware Technician at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM and may support at other locations to include Ft Bliss and Pelham, NH. Also, the Hardware Technician may and will likely provide backfill support for other personnel assigned to deployed THAAD KSA Radars OCONUS with little notice. The Hardware Technician will provide technical and PMCS support, corrective maintenance, job order creation, inventory, tool control, and corrosion control in support of Integration and Acceptance Testing, through completion at DD250 at WSMR, concluding with the packaging and transportation in support of Radar shipment to KSA. Once deployed, the CLS Radar Lead will supervise and provide direction to a team consisting of three Field Engineers assigned to the radar system and report to the KSA THAAD Program Site Manager.
What You Will Do:
The Radar Lead has direct responsibility for overseeing the operations and maintenance of the AN/TPY-2 radar system in all states and modes including operation, preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the radar to include calibration of the radar and support/test equipment at required intervals and all its components.
The Radar Lead will perform radar system equipment inspections (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) and will ensure equipment requiring calibration is compliant.
The Radar Lead will maintain all equipment in accordance with the applicable Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), and Technical Orders.
Supervise, train and lead a team of 4 Field Engineers through day-to-day operations and THAAD maintenance.
Coach, train, develop and mentor the skill set of the KSA THAAD Radar team.

Monitors radar diagnostics for any radar system anomalies (e.g., Receiver/Exciter (REX), Beam Steering Generator (BSG) BSG, Antenna/Sub-Array/ TRIMMs)
