What You Will Do:

Collaborate directly with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Senior Executives, and RTX's Global Executive Recruiting team to providing insight into business needs and partner on high impact searches for key roles.
Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract candidates for Department of War cleared roles.
Lead recruiting/sourcing efforts from start to finish, to include high-touch candidate care and the ability to engage with senior executives
Accountable for ensuring sourced candidates are effectively transitioned through the recruitment process - from initial candidate engagement to offer acceptance - by partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leaders.
Partner to identify and create mitigation strategies for cultural barriers to external/cross business talent infusion, allowing meaningful progress in placing talent into roles
Develop reporting and brief RTX executives on hiring needs, candidate qualifications, market analysis, and search challenges.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
Experience working with both ATS and CRM systems.
Sourcing experience in Aerospace, Defense, or National Security market (competitive landscape, new entrants, military/government customers).
Experience in executive recruiting or with senior level hires

As the Director of Risk Management you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing supplier and operational programs that improve the bottom line and protect the organization in various risk areas. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing and implementing risk strategic policies and procedures to assess, onboard, monitor, and optimize third-party relationships and ensure our supply chain is resilient. Third-Party Relationship Management:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of third-party relationships, from initial vendor selection and due diligence to ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation. Establish strong partnerships with vendors, managing contracts, and service level agreements to ensure the organization's needs are met effectively.
Supply Chain Risk Resiliency:
Strengthen the E2E supply chain risk resiliency through strategic initiatives, technology, risk mitigation plans, policy implementation, and monitoring and reporting for compliance. This will require collaboration and working closely with key stakeholders including IT, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain / Procurement teams to ensure effective risk management and mitigation. Ensure third-party risk management practices adhere to company policies and comply with relevant required regulations and standards. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
Mature and digitalize risk / compliance performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements, risk resiliency, and compliance requirements. Conduct vendor performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement any corrective actions necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, finance, supply chain or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience in risk management, procurement, compliance or supplier governance, with at least 5 years in leadership and 10 years in work experience
