Robb Monkman is the Founder and CEO of React Mobile, Inc a leading provider of enterprise safety technology. A seasoned entrepreneur with experience launching multiple products, from idea to exit. Several years ago, Robb was the victim of an armed robbery and hostage situation that left a lasting impression on him. He soon learned that thousands of people every day were in situations where they desperately need help but couldn’t make a call. He made it his mission to solve this problem, founding React Mobile to create a simple yet powerful personal safety platform that today is transforming the way people call for help in emergencies. Kirk Dickinson is a CFO at React Mobile and is based in Seattle, Washington. He has worked as Accounting Manager at Grubb & Ellis, VP of Financial Services at Orrtax Software Inc, and Controller at FIBRES INTERNATIONAL INC. Kirk works or has worked as VP of Finance & Accounting at Denali Group, Inc. He attended University of Washington between 1981 and 1985.

Inventor of distributed denial of service, co-inventor of fuzzing, and host of the most elite annual hacker party in the world. Passionate executive with decades of experience inventing, building, testing, managing, selling, evangelizing, and handing off technologies at the leading edge. Totally comfortable in the last 30 years of digital transformation: from hardware forward and reverse engineering, through operating system and driver implementation, to application algorithm design, into machine-derived solution science, with international recognition for incredible depth in internet security. Switched track in 2003 to learn to manage, build, and lead teams. Recent acquisition of my first company is the capstone on my executive "school of hard knocks" program. Self-taught in technology but trained in lean quality management by extraordinary leaders who shaped the telecommunication industry. Built a career from the ground up without skipping a rung on the technology, security, or leadership ladders.
