Before Realized, David founded Centrist Capital, a boutique venture capital firm. Prior to Centrist, David co-founded Mission Residential, a fully-integrated real estate investment firm that owned and operated 12,500 apartment units, representing a total investment in excess of $925 million.

David also co-founded Forward Capital, a structured finance company, and Convenience Retail Group, the parent company of a private real estate investment trust and a wholesale gasoline distributor, that was sold to a publicly-traded company. Early in his career, David held positions with Security Capital Group, Prologis, Archstone Communities, and Equitable Real Estate (now Morgan Stanley Real Estate).

David is actively involved in his church and various other community activities in Austin, where he lives with his college sweetheart and wife of 25 years, Laura, and their three children. During his downtime, you’ll likely find David fly-fishing, gardening, mountain biking, cooking, or working on his collection of classic cars. David attended Texas A&M University, where he received his MS in Land Economics and Real Estate, and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate.

David has led finance and software development at Realized since its inception, with a deep background in finance, real estate, financial structuring, SEC reporting, and software design.

He co-founded several successful companies, including Memberize, a software management platform for membership-driven organizations, Forward Capital, a structured finance company, and Convenience Retail Group, the parent company of private real estate investment trust.

David has held positions with Security Capital Group and Prologis, and he began his career as a certified public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

David attended Texas A&M University, where he received his BBA in Accounting.

David is married to his wife of 19 years, Kathleen, and they live in Austin, Texas with their four children. He is actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster to a Boy Scout troop. His downtime is spent camping with the scouts or watching his kids play soccer. David also enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, swimming, and snow skiing.

Anthony Azar is a Chief Operating Officer at Realized and is based in Austin Texas Area. He has worked as President, Strategic Alliances at Keller Williams Realty and CEO and Co-Founder at Bortec. Anthony works or has worked as Member, Co-Founder at Catalina Title; Regional Operating Principal at Keller Williams Realty; and Operating Principal at Keller Williams Southern Arizona. He attended Southern Methodist University between 1983 and 1987 and Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 1983 and 1987.

Dan Bitman serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Realized. As a technology leader of 20 years, he has deep expertise in designing and implementing technology platforms in the CRM, healthcare, and finance fields. Dan is responsible for the Realized roadmap, as well as overseeing the development of the firm's revolutionary wealth-management technology platform. He works closely with customers and partners to advance the mission of the company.

Prior to joining Realized, Dan served as a Vice President of Engineering at Trilogy Inc. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Wellsmith, where he launched their product from idea to proof of concept to clinical trial at one of the largest healthcare systems in North Carolina in less than eight months. Dan attended The University of Maryland, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Dan and his wife of 12 years, Anne-Marie, live in Austin, TX. They have two boys; Logan and Duncan, along with a German Shepherd and two cats. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing racquetball, and tinkering with cars.

Drew serves as Chief Investment Officer and Head of the Research group at Realized. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investments as well as leading development and implementation of new initiatives and strategies. Additionally, he manages the group’s day-to-day activities and oversees all investment underwriting and due diligence functions. Drew has been with Realized since the company’s inception in 2015 and is a member of the firm’s Due Diligence Committee and Leadership Team.

Drew has over 15 years and $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transaction experience across a multitude of disciplines, including lending, development, acquisitions, dispositions, structured finance, and loan sales. Prior to Realized, Drew gained his experience at leading capital markets firms, including Nomura and HFF.

Drew graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Finance, Investments Banking. Drew also received a Master’s Degree in Property Development & Investment from UNSW in Sydney, Australia. He is an active member of the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.

Michael serves as Chief Compliance Officer overseeing the operations and compliance for Realized Holdings’ wholly owned subsidiary broker/dealer and investment adviser, Thornhill Securities, Inc.

Michael is the Managing Director of DNM Consulting, a securities compliance consulting firm where he provides consulting services to broker/dealers and investment advisers. He has served as Chief Compliance Officer for numerous firms throughout his career including Shamrock Asset Management, Discipline Advisors, PTX Securities, Kiski Securities and ProTrader Securities. Michael began his career in the 80’s as a senior compliance examiner with the NASD (now FINRA) and also served as the Assistant Director of the Texas State Securities Board and as Executive Vice President for MGL Consulting.

Michael holds various securities licenses including Series 7 "General Securities Representative", 24 "General Securities Principal", 51 "Municipal Fund Securities Limited Principal Qualification", 63 "Uniform Securities Agent State Law", 66 "Uniform Combined State Law", and 99 "Operations Professional". He holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington as well as the Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP) designation through the Wharton School of Business.

As CEO and COO at Thornhill Securities, Scott helps to direct the day-to-day operations and oversees the broker-dealer and investment advisory business.

Scott is a financial services industry executive with experience in institutional and retail sales, operations, compliance, alternative investment products, and practice management with over 20 years of practical knowledge. Scott was a Principal in one of the top-ranked producing independent advisory firms in the country and directed practice management & consulting services at a national level. He holds Series 7, 24, 6, 63, 65 & 22 licenses.

Scott is an avid musician and continues writing and occasionally performing around Austin.

Trey Robinson is a Chief Marketing Officer at Realized.
