Do whatever it takes to supply Hanwah AND the new battery startups in Moses Lake. This will support jobs and inter-company relations in the community. Also there's a bit of negativity among employees with many years at REC towards newbies, although fortunately this seems to be decreasing as time goes by.
Just be myself in the interview. Ask questions because the interview is not just the company interviewing me but I'm also interviewing the company to see if the company is a good fit for me and my values.

As we are revamping the facility which was shutdown few years ago, we really feel that we are working toward common goal which is to restart our facility successfully.
