Role Description:
We're looking for a PM to lead the Answers team and own the product vision, roadmap and strategy in addition to driving end-to-end product development. You will establish and deliver KPIs and outcomes for the Answers team and work closely with senior leadership and cross functional partners.
We're looking for a thoughtful product leader who can not only cultivate and grow a cutting-edge early stage product, but can also align a broader organization on a vision for a converged future experience between Search & Answers.
Responsibilities:
Make Reddit Answers an exceptional user experience - define its outcomes, craft a compelling vision & strategy, and deliver on a roadmap of features
Drive execution with a team of engineers, designers, data, research, and other PMs
Align product plans & requirements across MLE, marketing, operations, legal, privacy, policy, and safety teams
Analyze feature & experiment results and communicate learnings to the team, leadership, and the company
Qualifications:
7+ years of overall Product Management experience, including direct experience leading user-facing relevance-driven products from 1->N
Exceptional product intuition, a deep appreciation for craft, a healthy obsession with delivering world-class user experiences, and a strong sense of what makes a product delightful
Proven experience setting and achieving an ambitious product vision, building strategic and impactful product roadmaps, ruthless prioritization, and demonstrated ownership of meaningful results for top line business metrics
Fluency with leading distributed XFN teams through complexity and ambiguity, defining team goals and success metrics, and aligning a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Partner with UXR on a continuous wellbeing research program
With UXR and Data Science, run mixed‑methods studies (longitudinal/diary, surveys, IRB/ethics as needed). Maintain a wellbeing score, sentiment survey, and model‑level evaluations correlated with positive outcomes.
Lead Pinterest's education strategy
Align the organization on a vision for education that supports our belief that students should be able to focus and create in school
Be a visible cross‑functional leader
Align Design, Engineering, Integrity, Policy/Comms, and Partnerships. Represent Pinterest with NGOs, researchers, and industry groups to advance a healthier internet.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-GPS, sales, GTM, product, gTech, business development, marketing, and legal.
+ Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM and sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy. Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities, executing a successful sales activation strategy.

**Minimum qualifications:**
