The Operations Analyst reports to the Operations Analyst Team Lead and is responsible for monitoring all areas of clearinghouse processes on a daily basis. In addition, facilitate correcting issues reported and proactively monitor vendor required thresholds for EDI transactions, supporting customer setups and services they are contracted for.
