You will apply your knowledge of software development to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing enterprise-class software applications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Enrollment in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Basic computer support skills; strong desire to learn and expand IT knowledge.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, or help desk operations.
* Industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) or progress toward certification.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

SKILLS INTERN WILL OBTAIN:
* Hands-on experience providing desktop and network support.
* Exposure to enterprise-level system and network administration in a multi-site environment.
* Experience using ticketing systems, documentation processes, and IT troubleshooting workflows.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in a professional office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities.
