Determines further studies needed such as definitive identification by GeneXpert NAAT procedure or antimicrobial susceptibilities according to patient testing history. EJF 6. (5%) Maintains infectious packaging and shipping certification. Sends first time M. tuberculosis isolates to DSHS-Austin Lab for Genotyping, document and keep log updated. The Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) will be based at the Brownsville campus and will support an NSF-funded project on understanding tremor propagation (TP) in the human upper limb through advanced musculoskeletal modeling, muscle fatigue modeling, and simulation of tremor-suppression devices.
