Description
Partner with sales teams to define clear and achievable briefing objectives that align with sales goals and customer needs
Curate briefing agendas that address customer challenges, showcase the full value of the Apple platform, and build advocacy for Apple
Collaborate with speakers to tailor content and demos based on the briefing objectives and the customer's relationship with Apple
Manage speaker preparation, including providing context, facilitating rehearsals, and ensuring role clarity for all Apple participants
Coordinate the development of brief documents for Apple executives to give them background context for briefings they attend
Collaboratively partner with cross‑functional teams like catering, facilities, and security to create a high‑touch executive engagement
Own the orchestration of internal and external participants and partners to ensure a seamless experience
Serve as the primary host and guide for customers and partners throughout their EBC journey
Present key content and facilitate groups of 5 to 50 participants, synthesizing and adapting real‑time to ensure a briefing achieves its goals and resonates with the customer
Deliver a customer experience that is uniquely Apple, with sharp attention to detail
Capture end‑of‑day feedback and share with the account team and sales leadership to drive follow‑up and measurable outcomes
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness in all customer and partner interactions
Identify the content and experiences that resonate with customers, and maintain feedback loop to inform future briefings
Stay up‑to‑date on latest briefing center innovations, and maintain technical savvy to address in‑the‑moment issues with AV, Apple devices, and collaboration tools
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in executive relationship management, executive engagement, high‑touch customer environments, or equivalent
Proven ability to present to and facilitate strategic discussions with C‑Suite leaders
Proven ability to manage multiple partners and coordinate cross‑functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with senior executives

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

* Current (ASCP or ASCPi) Generalist certification as a medical laboratory scientist
* Three years of teaching experience
* Knowledge of education methods and administration as well as current NAACLS accreditation procedures and certification procedures

Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate is expected to manage the operations of the CLS and CGMBS programs, including budget and fiscal activities, evaluation of applications, academic personnel, recruitment of teaching staff, facility coordination, promotion of the program, and curriculum planning and development.
* The candidate will ensure accreditation, licensing, safety and risk management requirements are met, update changes in standards for accreditation, and track all required statistics annually for accreditation purposes.
* Teaching duties may include hematology, medical microbiology, or immunology modules in the CLS/CGMBS curriculum.
* The candidate will participate in shared governance, usually in department, college, and university committees and other service assignments.
* The candidate must demonstrate awareness and experience understanding the needs of a student population of great diversity - in age, abilities, cultural background, ethnicity, religion, economic background, primary language, sexual orientation, gender identity, and academic preparation - through inclusive course materials, teaching strategies and advisement.
Other Duties
