Must be 19 years of age or older, and have one year demonstrated experience with youth. Previous experience with adolescents in a residential setting strongly preferred. 3. Demonstrate the ability to form and maintain nurturing relationships with emotionally disturbed children. 4. Ability to complete written documentation. 5.
