Job Description
Utah Community Action of Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking to hire a full-time Family Advocate. The position would require regular travel to Salt Lake and Tooele area classrooms. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
The Family Advocate position offers a competitive wage of $25.94 per hour. We also provide generous benefits, which include:

Travel Required
Travel is required for in-state and local training, and some may also be necessary for training outside the state. Staff may be required to travel to home visits, outreach sites, and training courses in their own vehicle. Reimbursement is available.
Participates in community outreach and assists with recruitment strategies, which may include events held on evenings and/or weekends.
Required Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human or Family Services, or Psychology is required.
Two years of related experience are required
Must be able to write and verbally communicate in English
