This is a clinical position that involves overseeing the clinical functions of a Community Crisis Home (CCH) and/or Enhance Behavior Support Home (EBSH). The QBMP oversees the implementation of the Individual Behavior Support Plan (IBSP) and reviews data on a weekly/monthly basis. This includes but is not limited to conducting a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA), reviewing proactive and reactive strategies/interventions.
