We focus on support and stabilization so our individuals can integrate into an environment that best meets their wants and needs.Job DutiesExample Job Duties of a Residential Care Supervisor 1:Working with case managers to ensure Individual Service Plans are implemented properly and the residents' needs are met - this includes facilitating activities both on and off campus and following purchasing procedures.Working in the Campus Support Office to direct phone calls into facility, ensure staffing needs are met, assigning state vehicles for use and receiving / logging information about Unusual Incidents and staff call-offs & work injuries Timekeeping for assigned staff - ensuring staff submit request for time off and requests for overtime/compensatory time, approving requests & timecards, ensuing schedule is correct in timekeeping system.Provide hands-on support to staff by modeling active treatment strategies, delivering in-the-moment training and coaching, and responding to staff who need real-time guidance or assistance including the use of trauma-informed care principles and approved behavioral intervention techniques.Provide corrective feedback or disciplinary action as needed, in alignment with facility policies and labor agreements.Monitor the home environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.Mandatory hours are required.Working hours are primarily 2PM - 10PM, working on weekends and holidays is required.
