Restorative aides are health-care professionals who are responsible for providing restorative and rehabilitation care for patients to maintain or regain physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They are certified nurse assistants with specialized training in restorative care. Their duties and responsibilities also include performing duties delegated to them by their supervisor, motivating patients to participate and complete their restorative program, and maintaining all the necessary equipment for supplies and treatment.
A certified medical aide's role is to assist registered nurses in providing care and assistance to patients.
