BJ joined Ridgeway Partners in 2013 and leads administrative and operations efforts for the US, including Finance, HR, IT, Facilities and Event Planning. Previously, BJ was at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he assisted in the execution of senior level searches for the firm’s hedge fund practice. Concurrently, he served as the Information Services Coordinator and Technology Trainer for the Boston office. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, he held other Administrative and Project Management roles at various firms including Shire HGT and Five Star Satellite, a cable/satellite installation company.

BJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.

Will Fawbert is an experienced, commercial Finance Director with extensive experience at strategic levels in US-owned and VC-backed SME environments. A resourceful, practical business partner, Will is passionate about profit and has a proven track record of delivering results through periods of both significant growth and downturn. He is a seasoned people manager and experienced in financial management / reporting, business partnering, strategy and business planning, commercial contracts / negotiations. Will also has significant additional experience in operations, HR and IT.

A graduate in Maths, Operations Research, Statistics and Economics, Will also holds an Executive MBA in International Business.
