ABOUT THE JOB
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. As required, the Apprentice Welder will also be tasked to assist with general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials, site clean‐up and preparation, mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite, scaffolding erection, general tank construction tasks and other duties as assigned.
This role is intended for May 2026 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. As Tepa continues to grow, we are focusing on hiring recent graduates to begin their careers at our organization with opportunities to receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth within the company. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience but does require completed education in the particular discipline.

Oilers assist the crane operator on job tasks during the operation of the crane and provide rigging operation and hand signals to ensure safe lifting of the load. Loads and secures equipment (spreader bars, mats, counterweights, etc.) then drives truck to location. Follows all State and Federal laws while operating motor vehicles. Obeys all safety and environmental policies while performing work on the job site. Be willing to travel to various locations away from home, as this is a full-time traveling position.
Responsibilities:
Assists the crane operator in the proper set-up of the equipment.
Assists the crane operator in the maintenance of the crane and accessory equipment. (i.e., pickup trucks, haul trucks, trailers, etc.)
Understands and can perform proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of the load.
Utilizes proper hand signals during all operations of the crane.
Properly secures equipment to the trailer before operating truck.
Inspects truck and trailer and fills out truck inspection report before operating the vehicle. Turns in inspection report to the proper supervisor.
Reports mechanical defects in writing on the truck and/or trailers to the shop technician or a supervisor.

Documents and turns in all maintenance and repairs performed on the equipment to the proper supervisor.
Cleans the outside and cab area of your assigned vehicle daily.

Reports to Dispatcher immediately on completion of assigned job task for next assignment.
At the end of the shift reviews next day(s) job assignment and have all necessary rigging and equipment ready before ending the shift.

Job Description
Gain industry leading Risk Management experience as a TopBuild Risk Management Intern. Our interns collaborate with experienced professionals in areas such as international corporate insurance programs, claims management, loss prevention, contract review, captive management, and data analytics. You'll assist in analyzing exposures, evaluating insurance coverages, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the success of our business.

Daily Functions:
* Contribute to the success of our 2026 business performance

* Perform ad hoc insurance claim and safety data analysis to identify risks to the business
* Assist with processing certificates of insurance
* Update Risk Management's SharePoint page with 2026 insurance renewal data

Qualifications:
* Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in a four-year academic institution majoring in Risk Management & Insurance
* Academic success (GPA of 3.2 or higher)
* Permanent legal right to work in the U.S.

Compensation Range:

Job Description
As a summer 2026 engineering student intern with our Industrial Environmental team, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You will work closely with other team members and engineers on client projects related to mine reclamation, industrial water and wastewater treatment, and solid waste management facilities. You'll provide project design utilizing AutoCAD, assist with performing technical analysis, prepare construction documents, perform research, and write technical reports. Depending on the projects, you may also have the opportunity to travel to job sites for field observation.
