Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required.

Experience:
Two (2) to five (5) years of hospital-based riskmanagement experience required; acute care experience preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a related field preferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) background preferred.
License/Certification:
Certified Professional in Healthcare RiskManagement (CPHRM) preferred.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations, riskmanagement principles, and patient safety frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $104,620 - $134,412 (commensurate with experience).
Full-time, exempt position.
