We are looking for an experienced Attorney with expertise in corporate law to join a prominent client in Uniontown. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of legal matters, including transactional work, contracts, and labor and employment issues. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills who can manage complex legal tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review corporate transactional agreements to ensure compliance and protect the organization's interests.
- Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters, including policies, procedures, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Prepare and evaluate construction contracts, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulations.
- Handle employment contracts, offering legal guidance on terms and conditions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address corporate legal needs and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of corporate law and stay updated on relevant legislative changes.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings or negotiations as required.

Requirements - Proven expertise in corporate law with a strong background in transactional matters.
