Job Scope/Summary:
Serves as a mentor and technical resource for junior analyst to gain expertise on more specialized and complex clinical applications and functions.
Contributes to the planning of application development and deployment, looking at existing information to identify areas for improvement. Independently provides viable resolution to end-user inquiries and problems related to applications, consulting with appropriate vendors where needed.
Develops or modifies established processes and procedures, leveraging market and industry research, to support application efficiency and improvement.
Generates and analyzes reports for a specific application in order to inform Memorial's decision making process, improve efficiency, and to outline workflow and processes.
Maintains advanced knowledge of current operational workflows that are supported through the business or clinical applications.
Maintains assigned application through partnership with technical experts, vendors, and technology teams to ensure the application continues to support end-users and to mitigate any functional or operational issues. Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed systems in order to resolve and anticipate application issues, but also to verify accuracy and compliance with Memorial procedures.

Key Duties

Pay Range & Benefits
$38,859.60 - $64,766.00 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Our client has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented CreditAnalyst to join their team in Garden Grove from January 12, 2026 - July 31, 2026.
In this 6-month temp/contract to hire role, you'll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information pertaining to loans in support of the mortgage underwriting process. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients. You'll provide key operational support to our Production Team by managing the credit report supplement process.
We're looking for someone passionate about:
Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via phone and email
Responding to inbound consumer and client inquiries and complaints
Performing administrative tasks like correspondence, data entry, and internet research
Analyzing credit files to identify missing or changed data
Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services
The ideal candidate will have:
Background in credit reporting, loan servicing, mortgage banking, and/or call centers
1 year of mortgage industry and/or credit experience
Good PC and typing skills (25 wpm)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00.

Summary: Assist the Credit Administration Manager in providing competent credit analysis and loan review for the commercial lending activities of the Bank. May periodically provide sound review for in-house residential mortgage loans made by the Bank.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides accurate information and sound judgments on the credit worthiness of assigned accounts to aid Commercial Loan Officers in granting loans. This entails analyzing and documenting financial data, along with analyzing financial statement ratios, collateral adequacy, future repayment ability, reading credit reports, and evaluating customers management ability, history, and character.
Performs loan review for commercial loans after closing, predominately for lending relationships in a range of $500,000 to $2,500,000 in size. Assigns risk ratings for credit relationship in conformance with the Banks 8 grade system.
May perform periodic analytical review for residential loans after closing.
Performs detailed appraisal reviews for large commercial real estate affiliated loans and residential real estate loans greater than $250,000 in transaction size; as well as an annual appraisal review for a sampling of the loans booked in a given year. At times may be required to attend appraisal review seminars and other appraisal related educational opportunities.
Monitors the current status and problems of assigned accounts and anticipates opportunities and problems which may arise. Brings significant problems to the attention of the loan officer with recommendations for remedial action.
Assists the Credit Administration Manager in preparing quarterly Substandard Reports in conjunction with loan officers.
Assists the Credit Administration Manager in preparing annual Loan Policy manual updates.
Attends Loan Committee and Directors Loan Committee meetings in order to prepare minutes for each meeting for Board of Directors submission.
Assists the Credit Administration Manager in the preparation of various reports for management, auditors, bank examiners and the Board of Directors.
Assists loan officers in determining loan rates to be used for existing and potential customers through the utilization of the Banks pricing model software.
Assist auditors and examiners during annual visits.
Assists in the training of CreditAnalysts.
Assists in the training and mentor of Bank Interns in the Analytical Department.
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with farm-level agricultural production and economics preferred.
