This role focuses on delivering high-quality, secure, and efficient systems while ensuring their ongoing maintenance and optimization. The ideal candidate will also provide strategic technical guidance to senior leadership, evaluate emerging technologies, and foster innovation within the team. Responsibilities: - Oversee code deployments across multiple product teams, including cloud-based, mobile, and on-premise applications. - Manage the release repository and maintain documentation for build and release procedures. - Plan and execute release governance, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and production readiness reviews. - Provide strategic technical advice to senior management regarding long-term systems planning and the adoption of new hardware and software. - Conduct research on emerging technologies to enhance security, improve operations, and streamline deployment processes. - Lead and guide both local and offshore teams to deliver technical support and maintain operational effectiveness. - Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the quality and security of application development and system administration. - Collaborate with business units and technology vendors to implement and support technology solutions that meet organizational needs. - Identify opportunities for operational improvements through the use of advanced technologies. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's objectives. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing high-performance enterprise software solutions. - Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, and API development. - Strong understanding of security principles in software development and deployment. - Familiarity with QA automation tools and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer. - Experience integrating APIs with both internal and external systems. - Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or similar fields is preferred. - Proven ability to manage and optimize application development for scalability and performance. - Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
