    Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various programs and client projects aligned with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage both strategic initiatives and detailed project tasks. This is a 100% remote role with some annual travel to events. Hourly pay range is expected to be $25-$31/hr DOE and location. Responsibilities: - Create and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes - Coordinate with staff, consultants, and volunteers to drive project objectives - Organize and lead meetings, preparing agendas and documenting follow-ups - Manage budgets for assigned programs and ensure financial accountability - Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and other project-related documentation - Manage several annual events we host both in person and on line - Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders - Occasionally travel to attend meetings and events as required - Align project initiatives with organizational strategies and goals Requirements - Bachelor's degree is required - At least 4 years of experience in administrative or program management roles, preferably in nonprofit or small organizations - Minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Photoshop preferred - Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar) strongly preferred - Customer service, sales, marketing, or event planning experience a plus - Familiarity with healthcare and/or design industries desirable Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
