Sergei is a technology leader and innovator who has been instrumental in building numerous companies. He has a broad experience, having been CTO at companies in multimedia, video distribution, system design and financial services, and excels at scaling small companies. Sergei has been an engineer with the National Space Mission Control Centre (Russia) and systems developer for 20+ years. Most recently, Sergei served the Chief Technical Officer of CarryQuote. He has over twenty years of solid software industry experience of architecting, developing and deploying desktop and server applications, device drivers and embedded systems as well as network-based applications and control systems. From 2005 through 2007, Sergei held the position of CTO for Wrapmail, Inc., a US-based marketing company offering technology for internal corporate email marketing. From 1998 through 2005, Sergei was Sr. VP and CTO for RMS Networks, Inc a US-based in-store video advertising company. From 1992 through 1998, he held various senior software development positions and prior to this he was employed with National Space Mission Control Centre (Russia) as an engineer.
