Position Specifics: This is a full-time position (approximately 8 hours a day) between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Opportunities exist to work over-time based on business need. Schedules will fluctuate within this time frame based on business demand. Qualified candidates must be flexible and available to work slightly varying schedules.
This role operates as a hybrid schedule. The expectation is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays will be in office and Monday and Friday are remote. Must have reliable internet and the company will supply equipment to complete successful work from home environment.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The call center agent is the first point of contact to address direct and indirect customer inquiries, regarding company's products and services. The Agent is responsible for ensuring that all questions are handled in a professional and mutually beneficial manner and in accordance with company's standards.

This is an in office role based out of our Maumee, Ohio office.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in refining processes within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Northwest Ohio region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both project execution and business development, leveraging existing relationships with regional refineries to drive growth and expand our presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Engage with plant personnel, clients, and stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify project opportunities.
* Leverage existing relationships at Northwest Ohio refineries to support strategic business development and expand client accounts.
* Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and process evaluations to support client goals and safety compliance.
* Lead or support engineering projects in refining, including process improvements, retrofits, debottlenecking, and new unit designs.
* Collaborate with internal multi-discipline teams including mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers.
* Support process safety efforts including HAZOPs, PHA facilitation, and regulatory compliance activities.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
* 8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in refinery operations or projects.
* Demonstrated knowledge of refining processes such as distillation, hydrotreating, catalytic cracking, reforming, etc.
* Strong working relationships with key personnel at refineries located in or near Northwest Ohio.
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ProMax, etc.)
* Familiarity with OSHA PSM regulations and PHA participation or facilitation.

We are currently in search of Fair Consultants to help grow the Book Fair business. In additions to the base rate, Scholastic offers a Sales Compensation program which includes the opportunity to earn seasonal and annual incentives.
Base Hourly Range:
$22.00 to $26.00
Qualified candidate will be able to achieve budgeted Fair Counts, net revenue and overall sales program goals in assigned territory through effective execution of the sales and servicing methods of the company. They will support our mission to encourage reading and promote lifelong learning and demonstrate our values of caring and respect for all people.
Summary: Flex Fair Consultant is responsible for maximizing Book Fair penetration by effectively prospecting new schools and by building strong customer relationships to maintain Fair rebooking rates. Sharp planning skills will minimize cancellations and optimize event schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maximized profits. Ultimately, you'll be a passionate advocate for reading, igniting a love for books within every school you serve. This role does not have an assigned area but will support the territory pod as a whole until an opening becomes available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
Customer Account Maintenance and Growth:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges.
Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive incremental revenue from existing accounts.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance, product recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives.
Territory Management:
Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and optimize territory performance.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to OSHA, DOT, and EEOC.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
