Lane Baker serves as Chief Development Officer. He regularly collaborates with leadership from all departments within RSource to bring RSource’s solutions into new or existing client engagements. Mr. Baker has served on the AAHAM Florida (Buccaneer Chapter) Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Georgia State University and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Lorrie Wood serves as President of RSource. Ms. Wood has over 25 years’ of experience in the healthcare industry and has previously served as a Director of Patient Accounting. At RSource, Ms. Wood has been a leader and influencer in assuring the quality of RSource’s programs through her key leadership roles in client services and operations, and now through the overall guidance of the company as President. Ms. Wood attended the University of Louisville and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Clay Callicoat serves as Chief Financial Officer of RSource. Mr. Callicoat has over 25 years’ experience in various operational finance roles and has previously served as CFO of two healthcare RCM companies. Mr. Callicoat earned his MBA at the University of Illinois and his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Jessica De Puy is a Chief Information Officer at RSource Healthcare Receivables Management and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. She has worked as Tech Assistance at Personal Computer Assistance; Business Intelligence Analyst at RSource Healthcare Receivables Management; and BI Dashboard Report Writer, Internship at FAU Institutional Effectiveness & Analysis. Jessica attended Florida Atlantic University between 2011 and 2015 and Florida Atlantic University between 2015 and 2016.

Rod Nicholls serves at Chief Growth Officer. Mr. Nicholls is responsible for strategically collaborating, measuring and providing support for growth-based initiatives and results. He has over 26 years of sales leadership, marketing and account management experience working with health systems, physician practices and other providers. Mr. Nicholls has previously held leadership roles in sales and consulting for revenue cycle companies throughout his career. He is a graduate of Mars Hill College, North Carolina and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Tammy Swanson serves as Chief Operating Officer of RSource. With over 30 years in the industry, Ms. Swanson is a seasoned healthcare and technology professional. For the last 13 years, Tammy has been an operations consultant, working to introduce and sustain operational improvements for scalability and growth. Tammy is an experienced COO and brings a breadth and depth of experience in how to transform companies from good to great.
