Andrew Leslau, BA Hons, Chief Executive Officer of Black Igloo Group (B.I.G) has been recently appointed to lead this prison technology group in its drive to become a successful private company whilst transforming the prison system in the UK and beyond.

Andrew’s professional life has largely been spent in the UK residential real estate world, (thirty five years), culminating in becoming Chief Executive Officer of RAM, asset manager of over 3000 UK properties with a vacant possession value of c £750 million.

Andrew has been heavily involved in prison reform for three years, identifying and shocked at the prison system’s inability to deliver anything like best use, practice and/or value to prisoner, prison authority, tax payer and society alike.
