Paid orientation - upon completion and hired.
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years.
No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.

This role provides direction, guidance, and expertise to franchisees regarding restaurant operations, implementation of new products and programs, as well as the opening of new restaurants and the transfer of ownership. It ensures that all new initiatives, including product launches, advancements in technology, process improvements, marketing campaigns, and facility openings and upgrades, are executed effectively to drive sales growth.
Coach, counsel, influence, and motivate franchisees on a portfolio level basis. Provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business. Develop productive working relationships with franchisees, territory team members and Subway employees. Build relations with franchisees in a multitude of manners depending on performance and needs. Some manners of relationship building include, but are not limited to, in person, virtually, individual meetings, emails, territory meetings, portfolio meetings, training sessions, etc. Gains respect from franchisees to be recognized as an asset to the business and leader in the field.
Coach, counsel and influence franchisees to drive employee engagement and create better guest experience resulting in increased traffic, repeated sales, reduced staff turnover and overall experience.
Development
Assists the DFP and cross-functional business teams with the development of new restaurants, ownership transfers, evaluation of franchisee growth potential, and completion of remodels within your designated territory. Working with Development team & DFP to confirm store is ready to open when construction complete, taking and submitting photos to the Development team for final review and follow up as required.
Provide information to the DFP and multi-unit owner (MUO) team regarding existing owners and their ability/inability to expand within the brand. Additionally, for stores changing ownership from one franchisee to another, guidance and additional training during and after store transition.
Attends company and industry events and conferences to network with colleagues and remain informed about industry trends.
Self-Development
Applies designated training programs to enhance knowledge and develop new skills. Participates in all scheduled training and informative sessions, including but not limited to; University of Subway, Cascade Training Call, Monthly Business reviews, team calls and more. Able to travel on an occasional basis to training sessions both inside and outside of territory. Fully understand the purpose and benefits of new programs and decisions to effectively influence franchisees and obtain buy in.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job related experience with 5+ years of experience in a multi-unit management role.
Certificate programs in Franchise Management, Food Safety, Food Handler, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant Management and other related areas would be a plus.
5+ years of experience in Franchise Management, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
3+ years of Restaurant experience preferred.
Responsible for setting and achieving challenging goals, managing multiple tasks, and learning and advancing in the field of franchise operations.
Committed to completing tasks with high quality and integrity, overcoming any obstacles and problems that may arise.
Able to work independently and reliably, as well as within a team, and to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Provides input for the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the rehabilitation services department. Assists and encourages in the contribution of strategic planning, day-to-day operations and attainment of the strategic initiatives of the organization.
Provides day-to-day work guidance for a team or work group often in a shift and/or in the completion of tactical processes. Uses a combination of knowledge and experience to provide technical direction. Performs staff work in their area of expertise along with providing formal leadership and provide patient/resident care to meet department needs. Accountable for expense management and team financial/quality/service/ efficiency targets. Aware of budget targets and team's impact to achievement of financial goals. Has discretion over limited expenditures for the work unit.
Plans, organizes and delivers specialized therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions patients/residents who are affected by injury or disease. Utilizes tools and techniques to administer therapy interventions following safeguards. Documents client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them if necessary. Educates clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. Knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents.
Demonstrates and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents. May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders. Will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates level of treatment associated with their specialty provided to their clients/patients/residents. Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation.
Requires current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
When applicable, may require valid driver's license and expected to travel up to 50% of the time based on needs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified CDL Driver to support our Marshall operations. This role is essential to our recycling process, involving the pickup and delivery of Gondola and flatbed trailers as well as roll-off boxes. You'll interact with customers, operate equipment and help move scrap materials safely and efficiently. As a CDL Driver with us, you're not just behind the wheel, you're at the heart of the recycling process. You'll play a key role in collecting and transporting recyclable metal materials from the customer sites to our processing yard, helping turn waste into opportunity. The ideal candidate will be safety conscious, customer-focused, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Completes 5-6 local runs daily, depending on customer needs. Trips can be local or over an hour away.
Assist in managing container inventory to ensure roll-off boxes are in appropriate locations.
Pick up and deliver containers to Alter facilities or customer sites.
Secure loads based on truck and container type or have load repositioned for safe transport.
Communicate customer details and deliver updates to office.
Assist with equipment operation within the yard to load or move and process scrap material
Adhere to all company safety protocols, including PPE and monthly safety meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL (for straight truck) license.
Load securement knowledge a must.
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly and up to 100+ lbs. with assistance.
General knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous materials preferred.
Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
