Job Overview:
The Painter performs a variety of duties in and around the Medical Center and its affiliates concerning maintenance, repair, replacement and installation, of paint, wall paper, and vinyl floor tile repair. Estimates time and materials for painting and wallpapering. Oversees daily operation of the painting department. Assists manager and supervisors with assuring coverage and work assignments.

Essential Functions:
* Provide on-call maintenance coverage for repairs and other emergencies or scheduled projects.

* Assists manager in the estimating of supplies, labor and costs involved in painting and in-house renovations.
